Welcome, come enjoy a meditative immersion curated with science based sound wave therapy produced by crystal singing bowls and gongs tuned to specific energy centers (chakras) to release physical tension and emotional stress. This "sound healing" or "sound therapy" enhanced with guided meditation and breathing exercises guides the brain into a theta state to balance the nervous system, open up your energy pathways "chakras", promotes deep relaxation, stress reduction, renewed energy, positive emotional shifts and increased mental clarity.
