Power Flow Yoga
Vinyasa, Full Body Workout, Reset
A curated energetic experience, starting with becoming present, to moving with breath through traditional and creative vinyasa flows, core exercises, balance challenges and culminates with peaceful stretching and restful savasana for a total mind, body, soul class. With infrared heating between 85-90 degrees, this session will empower, challenge your strength and flexibility, lower the nervous system while also discovering your best self.

Pilates Yoga Fusion

Welcome to a journey inward with this amazing combination of gentle mindful movement complimented with soothing yin postures for deep relaxation. Optional assists are available for an enhanced release. Unwind, let go of stress, move and stretch mindfully while rebalancing your nervous system. A great way to end the day.

Yin Yoga + Reiki
Self-Care & Rejuvenation
Truly a one-of-a-kind energetic experience whether you need positive uplifting energy or you need calming of the mind and nervous system. Enjoy the calming benefits of soothing floor postures held for 2-4 minutes, breathing deeply, with guided supportive energy, to release deep tension. relax, and stretch.
