What happens when you sign up for a class but can no longer attend?

Cancel at least 4 hours prior to class​

to avoid charges!​

• Why Cancel your class?​

  • Avoid losing that class credit

  • Avoid a $10 charge if you are an "unlimited member"​

  • Be respectful to other students that may to attend.

  • Be respectful to teacher who is looking for you in class.

• Running late?

  • We may be able to leave the door open for you?

    • This is not a guarantee, as doors lock at beginning of class but if you reach us in time, we MAY be able to let you in.

    • Text your instructor if you have their number​

• How to Cancel a class

  • SOL APP users, click cancel​

  • Website users, log in, click "My Bookings", click cancel
