Sonya Torres

Studio Advisor, Lead Instructor

Sonya began her journey into yoga as a way to heal her body. Through this process she developed a love for both the physical and mental benefits of yoga! She blends creative vinyasa flows with dynamic music to encourage intuitive movement and inner clarity. You’ll leave class feeling aligned, confident, and excited for more!

Studio Manager

Kelly has practiced meditation for decades and she has helped guide individuals and families nationwide.   Her mission is to inspire everyone to their fulfilled and connected life that they deserve.  

She is here to help you achieve that!

Jess Severs

Jess has thousands of hours of teaching beyond her certification! She teaches focused yoga classes which target and engage particular muscle groups to help students build strength, flexibility and greater range of motion for life on and off the mat.

Angie Dickenson

Through simple anatomy lessons and challenging asana sequences, Her  classes offer space for students to build foundational knowledge about their bodies while letting loose and having fun.

Kira Putt

Kira Putt truly teaches from her heart and embraces a commitment to yogic principles. Through a dedicated personal practice, she discovered more space, breath, and movement in her life, before completing her yoga teacher training. She's a mom of 2 energetic boys and a nonprofit power house who cultivates peace, time and space for her students through nurturing, intentional flows.

Suzy Wolf

Suzy's style of practice is a medley of Hatha and Vinyasa which includes a variety of interactive expressions used to focus on self-awareness through postures and breathing techniques.

With a playful spirit, Suzy's flows quiet the mind and bring focus to the breath. If you’re new to yoga, be curious and peek over the edge to see what it's all about. She would love to be your tour guide!

Joy Riley

Joy pulls experience from completing her yoga teacher training in Indonesia, being a certified Pilates instructor, teaching P.E. at HACC for 20 years, owning a fitness/dance company, and being a professional tennis coach.  Her experience is equally matched by her delightful warm personality and she is beloved by any student lucky enough to take her classes.

Cari Linn

Classically trained in Pilates, Cari aims to strengthen the body, improve balance, and build the core throughout her classes! Her sweet demeanor will help you power through her accessible, but still challenging class. She's a fitness loving mama who dedicates her heart and soul into her craft!

Nikki Gray

Nikki's journey to yoga came after a few decades of group fitness and personal training.  She is an avid runner and cyclist who uses yoga to recover, improve her flexibility and mobility, and ground herself.  She looks forward to learning more about your goals, and sharing with you the joys of a good flow.

Courtney Lennon

Courtney developed a passion for wellness while studying medicine, which blossomed into a love for teaching others the benefits of self-care. She recently completed a 200-hour certification in Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga. Her classes link intentional breath to intuitive movement, set to an uplifting playlist.

Juanita Forbes

Juanita has been studying and practicing spirituality and meditation for over 65 years.  Come discover how to connect to your heart energy in her HEART CENTERED MEDITATION classes.  In addition, she is Bryon Katie Facilitator, look for any of her workshops "The Work" on our schedule.
