SOL Fusion Pilates + Yoga Intensive, L1

Service Description

SOL Fusion blends our Hot Pilates and Power Yoga into one class — and this training teaches you the yoga side of it: breath work, warm-up, and Sun Salutation A & B. Open to any certified or currently-teaching Pilates instructor and SOL Pilates Intensive grads. Over 10 hours you'll learn to lead the yoga front-end of a Fusion class with confidence, plus attend a required live Fusion class to see it in action. Upon completion, you'll receive your SOL Fusion L1 certification — a step toward teaching Fusion at SOL.
