All of our yoga and pilates classes are set to a variety  of dynamic music and each class provides incredible healing and strengthening. We provide a diverse range of classes to suit your fitness needs.Our Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga offers dynamic and energetic sequences that keep you moving and sweating, while also emphasizing alignment with breath control to move with intention. For those looking to strengthen their core, our Pilates class delivers an engaging full-body workout with small hand weights is perfect. However, if you prefer a combination of both , try our Fusion Pilates-Yoga which merges the tranquility of yoga with a challenging core routine. Give Fusion a try! It's fun and the class goes by fast. Class begins with yoga, enjoys a strong core + total body workout, concluding with yummy stretches and peaceful meditative savasana. Our 50/50 Flow + YIN class balances mindful movement with the restorative elements of Yin Yoga. For a calming experience, Hot Yin Yoga features gentle poses that promote deep relaxation and tension release. A real treat for students with no extra charge, is a vibrational sound bath held the 2nd Sunday of each month called Sound Vibes. With 28 classes per week including mornings, evenings, and weekends, Studio Sol offers the most personalized energetic experiences in the greater Hershey area. During our yoga and pilates classes experience the healthy & healing benefits of our infrared 🔥 heaters. These innovative heaters help muscles lengthen, mobility, lower cortisol levels, support autoimmune healing, promote detoxification, improve flexibility and enhance cardiovascular health. With classes typically heated to around 85-90+ degrees you can enjoy a rejuvenating practice while benefiting from improved metabolism and focus. Whether you're a beginner or restarting your journey, our no-judgment space welcomes all levels to explore and the flow of yoga and pilates!

Starting your journey with yoga or pilates, or returning after a hiatus, can feel daunting, but take a moment to breathe—you’re ready for this!. Our classes cater to all skill levels in a friendly atmosphere that promotes personal development. Feel empowered to modify the practice to fit your comfort, whether that means challenging yourself or opting for gentler adjustments.

What to bring + Expect

 

-Arrive at least 10 minutes early, doors open 15 minutes before class and will be locked once it starts. If you can not attend a class, go into your account and unregister, cancel your spot at least 4 hours prior to class. -Bring a good quality yoga mat, For sweaty classes, avoid shiny, very thin or thick foam mats for your safety. Instead bring a non-slip grippy mat. For Yin classes, a thick or foam mat is fine. We have mats available if you forgot your mat or haven't purchased one yet. Demo mats may be used 1 or 2 times no charge. Mats are like your personal shoes, best to buy your own. -Cubbies are available for your belongings. -Scrumptious lavender-scented chill towels will be provided after all classes except pilates. Let us know if you have a lavender allergy, as unscented chill towels are also available. -Be yourself! All classes invite students to modify or take breaks according to their bodies. Sol is a no judgment zone, a "you do you" personal journey surrounded by others in community for healing, strength, and fun. Namaste -Turn mobile devices, phones & watches, to airplane mode when enter our studio. No phones past studio curtains except f you are a a doctor on call or have a medical condition. please inform teacher and your phone will be permitted in the studio on do not disturb. Thank you for honoring our sacred space and for being respectful to others in the class. Namaste
