Sol Yoga and Pilates classes are set to a variety of dynamic music and lighting led by a variety of diverse teachers are here to guide you, support you, inspire you, and motivate you reach your wellness and fitness goals. Practicing any combination of our classes, at least 4 times a week, will help produce a calm mind, control of breath, less stress, better moods, more aligned spine, better posture, more confidence, and of course ... a total transformation of both mind and body. Sol is Results Driven! 🔥 SOL POWER VINYASA YOGA Heated power yoga offers dynamic and energetic sequences that keep you moving and sweating, while also emphasizing alignment with breath control to move with intention. Except grounding down and finding your breath, a warmup to stretch, sun salutations, traditional yoga poses, balance challenges, some long holds, some ab work for tighter core, some yoga philosophy and a gentle reminder to learn how to be both calm and strong. 🔥 SOL HOT PILATES Delivers an engaging, sweaty, and intense core and full-body workout. Properly aligned movements, repetitions, hand weights, control of breath, slow movements & long holds offset by minimal cardio to reduce fat, reduce stress, exercises to build strength, stretches to lengthen, an overall fun way to sculpt and tone! 🔥 SOL FUSION PILATES + YOGA This class merges 2 proven transformative methods, power yoga & hot pilates, into one amazing experience! Class goes by fast! Our Sol Yoga provides tranquility and calming of the mind, ancient powerful Sun Salutations, creative and challenging sequences, proper alignment of poses and a relaxing meditation with a chill towel. Our Sol Pilates in this class works the core and the entire body with hand weights adding intensity for more rapid results. Sol Fusion classes are fun & fly by fast! Give it a try! 🔥 SOL HOT YIN YOGA For a calming experience that still delivers results, this class features low-impact mat poses that promote deep relaxation and tension release. The instructor guides the class with a comforting voice and relaxing music to encourage energetic balancing for improved overall wellness.
