  • Pre-registration needed to ensure your spot!

  • How to register: download APP, Studio Sol (or use website), make account, sign up! 

  • Drop-ins allowed only if you arrive early & there is space available.

  • Power means heated vinyasa flow, deep sweat, transformation, ZEN.SWEAT.ZEN!

  • ZEN. SWEAT. ZEN means the bell curve of most of our classes - centered, sweat, chill.

  • All Levels means that any skill level from beginner to experienced are welcome here!

  • New to Sol text 717.856.0286 or email studio if you want a studio tour & learn more!

  • Arrival:  lobby doors open 15 minutes prior to class.  Classes start & end on time.

  • Heated classes 75-90 degrees, healthy for lengthening muscles & detoxing.

  • Chill Towels! chilled towels on your forehead after sweaty class - ultimate perk!

  • Yoga mat:  Bring your own mat, some loaner mats available, or buy new cork mat $40 

  • Covid policy currently all classes are no mask, vaccine recommended

  • POWER FLOW  A music driven, soul nourishing, heated vinyasa flows class.  Challenging, fun, & empowering!

  • GENTLE POWER  Slow flows, more time in poses, deep sweat, and longer stretches. Perfect for beginners and yogis!

  • CORE + FLOW   Deep core conditioning exercises + heated vinyasa flows.  Better spinal posture & flatter abs! 

  • FOCUS FLOW  Focus on a peak yoga pose (or body area)  + heated flows.  Advance your practice, body & mind!

  • FLEXIBILITY + MOBILITY  Release tension & Increase range of motion through focused movement. Move it or lose it! 

  • STRETCH, MUSIC & MEDITATIVE FLOW  Music driven repetitive mindful movement & stretch class.  Let go & Zen out!

meet the founder

SOL is not my studio . . . it's our Studio.

(I just happened to be crazy enough to build it!)  


Why SOL?

During Covid, many studios closed and doing yoga at home got boring and left me feeling disconnected.  I longed for the socialization, inspiration, and encouragement of practicing with others in a real high-energy studio.  Doing group in-person yoga helps me to avoid depression and anxiety and dozens of others have echoed the same. Yes, our town needed a new energized space for people to move and enjoy together . . .

thus my huge undertaking of creating Studio SOL.

About Me. 

I am a certified 500 RYT with advanced training in anatomical alignment with a passion for teaching cues to help students gain real measurable improvement in their yoga poses, in their sports, and in their spinal alignment.  My passions for music, strong abs and chakra/energy sprinkle my classes with hopes for a better you beyond the studio!

Our uplifting talented teachers bring Studio Sol to life! They are carefully chosen individuals, many of whom have trained all over the world, and they are excited to assist you, guide you, & inspire you on your journey to your best self.

Our schedule reflects recurring weekly instructors plus some experts that share occasionally on weekends, Our main instructors are: T.
