Whether you are looking to deepen your personal practice or explore a future teaching path, this immersive Pilates experience is designed to help you grow. You'll learn the foundations behind the movements you love — alignment, anatomy, technique, sequencing, cueing, and the Studio SOL approach to mindful strength. This 20 hour training includes a online pilates certification, as well as, a SOL ACADEMY certification for completion of the training.
