Service Description
Experience 🔥Hot Pilates with deep core-conditioning exercises plus precise full body movement, accented with hand weights, paired with dynamic music for improved back mobility, spinal posture, increased mental focus, calm mind and flatter abs! Expect long holds combined with some cardio blasts to burn fat. This class is a total body workout. A powerful fun class that meets you were you are and helps you get your results. *Heated 85-90+, bring a non-slip mat, sweat towel, water bottle, and a good "yes, I can" attitude. Chill towels are provided at the end of class to quickly cool your body down!
