Liability Waiver
It is your responsibility to inform the instructor of your limitations before class begins.
I represent and warrant that I am in good physical health and do not suffer from any medical condition which would limit my participation in the classes offered at Studio Sol Hershey, LLC. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any of the exercise classes, programs, or workshops. I understand the risks associated with the activities offered by Studio Sol Hershey, LLC and I agree to follow all instructions so that I may safely participate in classes, workshops, or other activities.
I hereby WAIVE AND RELEASE Studio Sol Hershey, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and instructors from any claim, demand, cause of action of any kind resulting from or related to my participation in the programs offered at the facility. In taking part in the exercise classes, workshops, or other activities at Studio Sol Hershey, LLC, I understand and acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of my participation in the classes, workshops, or other activities.
Regarding COVID-19, COVID-variations, or any transferrable illness, I agree to the following:
I agree to release any and all liability from Studio Sol, LLC with regard to contracting COVID-19 and any health issues or related expenses that I may potentially incur as a result of contracting COVID-19. I will NOT attend a class if I have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 within the last 5 days
I will NOT attend class if I am experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms. I agree to abide by the individual instructor guidelines, the studio guidelines, requirements and/or restrictions regarding COVID-19 as outlined for the individual class.
If I am signing as a parent or caregiver of a minor, I hereby, give my consent to the statements of this waiver for the minor that I represent or that is under my guidance or care.
I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its content. I am legally competent to sign and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above. The laws of the state of Pennsylvania apply to this waiver of liability and any causes of action hereunder.
General Terms & Conditions
The schedule is subject to change without prior notice. All purchases of services (classes, workshops, events) are non-refundable unless canceled at least 2 hours in advance. Please arrive at least ten minutes before class, classes start on time. Studio Sol is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings, please take all your things with you. You agree that you may be in photos without any further compensation. If you absolutely disagree to be seen in any photographs, you will send an email to Studio Sol stating this request and remind the instructor before class. You agree to be in good physical health and physically able to perform the yoga classes.
It is your responsibility to notify teachers of any previous injury, illness, or conditions that may impact your practice or your health. By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above terms & conditions.

Studio Sol, LLC is committed to fostering a discrimination and harassment-free studio where all individuals, employees, staff, volunteers and guests (hereinafter referred to as the individual(s)) are treated with respect and dignity.
Any harassment including sexual harassment (and not limited to those listed below) is strictly prohibited and will be held at zero tolerance level at Studio Sol, LLC. Any individual who is found to have harassed another individual may be subject to immediate dismissal or termination of services and/or prohibition to have any further contacts or engagements with Studio Sol,LLC.
