Need a refresher on how to do foundational yoga poses or you completed our Beginner 1.0 series, or you are new to yoga ... this 4 week, 60 minute small group yoga sessions are for you! This is an excellent series to help you feel more comfortable & confident in our power classes. Join Gail Frassetta, E-RYT 500, (a Studio Sol Fav!) for this beginner series to learn fundamental poses of yoga with proper alignment. Connect breath to movement, touch on a bit of yoga philosophy and gain valuable information about appropriate modifications for your body.
